Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
In 2018, approximately 418 people lost their lives in motorcycle accidents throughout Texas. Most motorcycle accidents are caused by drivers who are not aware of motorcyclists in their surroundings. When drivers are distracted and still decide to switch lanes or turn in front of oncoming motorcyclists, major collisions often result. Unfortunately, most motorcyclists sustain very serious or fatal injuries after being hit by large vehicles.
