DUI Accidents in Texas
In Texas, DUI accidents occur the most on weekends between the hours of midnight to 6:00 a.m. Most of them occur after 2:00 a.m. as drivers are leaving lounges, bars, and clubs. Drivers who are under the influence are more likely to speed ad be unaware of how fast they’re traveling. Because their vision is blurred and their reactions are slowed, it’s easy for them to crash into other vehicles and cause serious collisions.
At Benton Law Firm, we understand how difficult it is for families to lose loved ones in DUI accidents, which is why we work hard on their behalves to help them win enough money to cover damages and losses. Families should not be held responsible for accidents caused by other drivers.
