Coleman County, TX – County Road 153 Crash Results In Fatal Injuries
Coleman County, TX (August 1, 2019) – On July 31, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 153 just eight miles west of Coleman.
Reports from DPS indicate that just before 1:10 p.m., two vehicles collided in a no passing zone on a hill near the entrance for Hords Creek Lake.
One of the vehicles involved in the collision came to rest in a ditch along the north side of the road. The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
