Seabrook, TX – Crash On State Highway 146 Results In Fatal Injuries
Seabrook, TX (August 1, 2019) – On July 31, just after 11 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident in the 5300 block of State Highway 146 near Port Road.
According to reports, a construction worker was in the area working when he was struck by a Dodge van along the roadway.
The 50-year-old pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
Authorities confirm the driver of the Dodge, 25-year-old Travis Nicholas Stevens, was arrested for intoxication manslaughter for this incident.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
