Gordonville, TX (August 2, 2019) – On July 31, just after 4 p.m., emergency crews were called to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Highway 377 near the intersection of Hillcrest Road.

Reports from the scene indicate that a semi-truck and a motorcycle collided on the roadway for unknown reasons.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in the collision and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Authorities later confirmed that the male motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries sustained in this collision.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
