Motorcycle Accidents in Texas

San Antonio, TX – Marco Farias Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Whitewood StUnfortunately, thousands of motorcyclists lose their lives annually after being hit by vehicles throughout Texas. One of the most common causes of motorcycle accidents is drivers failing to yield the right-of-way at intersections. When drivers do this late at night, they’re often under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, which makes them more likely to speed, break traffic laws, and crash into motorcyclists.

At Benton Law Firm, we know how much families suffer after suddenly losing loved ones in motorcycle accidents, which is why we work very hard to help them win their wrongful death lawsuits.
