Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Austin, TX – 1 Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on William Cannon DrThousands of pedestrians lose their lives annually in pedestrian accidents throughout Texas. When vehicles strike pedestrians late at night, most of the time it’s due to drivers being inebriated. Under these circumstances, drivers are unable to see clearly and are unaware of how fast they’re driving. They’re also more likely to break traffic laws. Therefore, it’s equally important for pedestrians to be aware of their surroundings at all time before crossing the street late at night.
