Winkler County, TX (August 5, 2019) – On August 5, around 6:11 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a collision on Highway 115 just five miles south of Kermit in Winkler County.
Reports from authorities indicate that two vehicles collided head-on along the highway for unknown reasons.
The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles involved to catch on fire.
One male victim sustained injuries in the collision and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
