Victoria, TX – Woman Injured In Crash On Highway 59
Victoria, TX (August 7, 2019) – At approximately 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, the Victoria Police Department and EMS crews reported to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on US Highway 59 near Farm to Market Road 444.
According to reports, a northbound GMC Sierra attempted to slow down to avoid hitting a Honda Sonata in the roadway ahead of it. The GMC was then rear-ended by a semi-truck, which was towing a semi-trailer.
One passenger inside the GMC was injured and transported to Citizens Medical Center for treatment.
The incident remains under investigation at this time.
