Austin, TX – East Howard Lane Crash Results In Fatal Injuries

Austin, TX (August 9, 2019) – On August 7, just before 7:30 p.m., the Austin Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 6600 block of East Howard Lane.

Reports from police indicate that two motorcyclists were traveling along the roadway when, for unknown reasons, they both crashed.

One of the motorcyclists, who was identified as Daryl Anderson Jr., sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The second motorcyclist, who was not identified, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
