Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident

San Antonio, TX – 2 Women Injured in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on Roosevelt AveThe reason over 700,000 hit-and-run accidents occur in the United States annually is because of drivers that fear being caught for their actions. Hit-and-run accidents usually occur at night when it’s harder to see and less witnesses around. Whenever drivers are leaving a bar and initially strike someone, they’re under the influence of alcohol, which results in reckless driving.

At Benton Law Firm, we have spent years representing injured pedestrians after they were hit by reckless drivers. We believe drivers should be held accountable for their actions, which includes being financially responsible for all damages and losses.
