Fatal Semi-Truck Accidents In Texas
Every year, more than 3,700 people lose their lives in fatal accidents across Texas. Unfortunately, those involving semi-trucks are more likely to result in fatalities than accidents involving most other types of vehicles. The size and weight of these vehicles make them extremely dangerous, especially if they are traveling at a high rate of speed.
When victims lose their lives in fatal collisions, they often leave behind friends and family who are devastated by their sudden and unexpected loss. In some cases, surviving family members are left to bear the costs of funeral and burial arrangements. For this reason, we believe surviving family members should contact a wrongful death attorney in Texas to protect their legal rights.
Over the years, Texas truck accident attorneys at the Benton Law Firm have fought aggressively to ensure the legal rights of victims and their families are protected. In cases where victims lose their lives due to the negligent or reckless acts of others, we work diligently to ensure families recover restitution for funeral arrangements, lost wages, and various other costs incurred.
