Lubbock, TX – Motorcyclist Killed In Crash On 38th Street
Lubbock, TX (August 13, 2019) – On August 12, just before 6:45 p.m., a 2007 Pontiac was traveling south along Wayne Avenue.
The driver of the Pontiac was at a stop sign near the intersection of Wayne Avenue and 38th Street when a collision occurred with a motorcycle, as it passed through the intersection.
The driver of the motorcycle incurred serious injuries and was transported to University Medical Center.
Authorities confirmed that the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries later in the evening.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation by the Major Crash Unit of the Lubbock Police Department.
