Wolfforth, TX – Worker Killed On Highway 62/82
Wolfforth, TX (August 13, 2019) – At approximately 9:30 a.m., a worker from Cox Paving of Texas was resurfacing Highway 62/82 (Brownfield Highway) when he was struck by a semi-truck.
The worker was standing on the road to perform the duties of his job when he was struck and injured near the westbound frontage road.
The injured worker was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
