Houston, TX – South Post Oak Rd. Accident Results In Fatality

Houston, TX (August 15, 2019) – On August 14, at approximately 10 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on South Post Oak.

Reports from police indicate that two people were traveling north in the 16400 block of South Post Oak Road when one of them was struck by an SUV.

The impact of the collision caused the man to be thrown approximately 75-feet before landing in the roadway.

The man sustained fatal injuries in the incident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement officers.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
