Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Thousands of pedestrians are hit by pedestrians every year all over the nation. When vehicles strike pedestrians late at night, the cause can almost always be attributed to poorly lit roads, distracted driving, drunk driving, or fatigued driving. If pedestrians are wearing dark clothing at night while negligent drivers are on the road, they’re even more likely to get hit. Sadly, it’s easy for pedestrians to obtain major injuries that could leave them permanently injured or worse.
At The Benton Law Firm, our mission is to help as many families as possible win their wrongful death lawsuits against irresponsible drivers, especially if they suddenly lost loved ones in pedestrian accidents.
