College Station, TX (August 19, 2019) – On August 18, at approximately 7:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the 1000 block of Dove Chase Lane.

According to reports, a five-month-old child was struck by a car. The child incurred serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Police confirm that the child later succumbed to their injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
