Houston, TX – 70-Year-Old Killed In Bicycle Crash On N Main St
Houston, TX (August 19, 2019) – On August 16, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 6200 block of North Main Street just after 12:10 p.m.
According to reports, a 70-year-old man was riding a bicycle west along East 23rd Street when he was struck by a blue Nissan Frontier pickup truck. The Nissan was traveling north through the intersection of East 23rd Street and North Main Street.
The bicyclist was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
