Austin, TX – 3 Hospitalized After Collision On I-35
Austin, TX (August 23, 2019) – On August 23, at approximately 1:40 a.m., the Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 8900 block of Interstate 35.
According to reports, two vehicles collided along the northbound side of the roadway. The collision resulted in an extensive shut down to the interstate, which lasted over four hours.
One woman involved in the collision, who is described as a female in her 20s, was seriously injured and transported to Dell Seton Medical Center.
Two other women incurred potentially life-threatening injuries and were transported to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center.
The collision remains under investigation at this time.
