Car Accidents in Texas

Orange County, TX - 2 Killed in Fatal Collision on Hwy 87Unfortunately, thousands of people sustain fatal injuries every year due to traffic accidents throughout Texas. Despite laws enforcing drivers to remain aware and alert at all times, drivers still partake in negligent driving that ultimately puts themselves and others at risk. Often times drivers glance down at their phone, which is enough time to accidentally rear-end someone or collide with another vehicle that’s pulling out of a parking lot. Because there are many factors that could lead to a fatal collision, it’s important for families to seek help from a Texas wrongful death attorney.

At Benton Law Firm, we have successfully helped families win wrongful death lawsuits against negligent drivers and receive enough money to pay for funeral costs and more. If you lost a loved one in a car accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at 214-219-4878.
