Rosharon, TX – Elderly Woman Killed by Gate on Fenn Road
Rosharon, TX (August 30, 2019) – A broken gate causes fatal injuries for a 74-year-old woman in Rosharon.
According to reports from the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, on Thursday evening, August 29, a 74-year-old woman was operating a gate at a home in the 1500 block of Fenn Road.
For unknown reasons, the gate came off its track and toppled over on top of the woman.
The 74-year-old woman incurred fatal injuries in the incident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities believe the elderly woman was trapped under the gate for one to two hours before she was found.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
