Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Fort Worth, TX – Ashley Castro Velasquez Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Gardenia DrThousands of pedestrians lose their lives every year on Texas roads, including children. Adults are already hard to see if drivers are looking down at their phones, arguing with other passengers, searching for lost items, eating, drinking, and more. Adults often sustain serious injuries after being hit by vehicles, some lose their lives, which means children are even more susceptible to these dangers. Drivers are expected to be aware of their surroundings at all times, and when they fail to do so, they risk seriously harming innocent pedestrians.
