Child Injuries and Premise Liability in Texas
Sadly, statistics show that about 350 children lose their lives by drowning in swimming pools annually nationwide. Most of these children are under the age of five and these accidents occur mainly during the months of June, July, and August. Studies also reveal that Texas is one of the leading states that has the most incidents with children drowning in pools. Last year 40 children lost their lives in Texas alone.
