Car Accidents in Texas
Thousands of car accidents occur every day all over America, with the leading cause being negligence. In Texas, the most common form of negligence responsible for causing most of the accidents statewide is speed. Drivers tend to speed when they’re under the influence, on their way to work, on their way to an emergency, or when they’re impatient. Disregarding traffic laws and driving above the speed limit makes it easier for drivers to accidentally cause accidents if they’re unable to brake in time.
At The Benton Law Firm, our experienced Texas personal injury lawyers do their best to collect enough evidence, speak with witnesses, partner up with forensic scientists, and retrieve as much medical records as possible in order to help clients prove their negligence claims and win their lawsuits against irresponsible drivers. So far, we have helped countless of our clients beat their cases. Contact our office today for a free consultation at 214-219-4878.
