Fort Worth, TX – Fatal Accident Reported on University Dr

Fort Worth, TX (September 4, 2019) – Emergency crews in Fort Worth responded to a serious accident that left one person dead and another injured.

Just after 9:15 p.m., on September 3, emergency crews reported the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 300 block of University Drive.

According to reports, an older-model Lexus was traveling west across University Drive, at the intersection of Bristol Road, when it collided with a newer-model sedan, which was traveling south.

The drivers of both vehicles were injured and transported to area hospitals for treatment.

Authorities confirmed that the driver of the newer-model vehicle, who was identified as 52-year-old Brian Keith Peart, succumbed to his injuries.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
