Fatal Collisions in Texas
Every year, more than 3,700 people lose their lives in fatal collisions across Texas while over 17,500 are left with spinal cord injuries, TBIs, and other serious injuries.
When victims are killed in fatal collisions, they often leave behind grieving families and friends. This is especially true when victims are very young. In cases where teenagers lose their lives in fatal collisions, families are often unprepared to cover the costs of funeral arrangements, which can be in excess of $10,000.
Families who lose loved ones in car accidents caused by reckless or negligent drivers should contact a Texas wrongful death attorney from The Benton Law Firm as soon as possible.
