Shortly after the school was let out the 14-year-old student and another pedestrian were attempting to quickly cross the road when he was struck by a car.

Our thoughts are with the injured victim at this time. We hope for their full recovery.

Vehicle Accidents In Texas

Waller, TX – 15-year-old Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Fields Store Rd

Motor vehicle accidents can occur for a number of reasons. Often, the driver can find him or herself distracted, causing a lack of focus on the road and subsequently, a crash to take place. In 2018, authorities in Texas reported almost 400 deaths in vehicle crashes involving a distracted driver. Although this is a 12% decrease from the previous year, the statistic suggests that accidents are still all too common.

Being involved in a motor vehicle accident can be frightening and can have life-lasting emotional, mental, and physical impacts. Often times, victims are injured in an accident and are left feeling overwhelmed by medical bills, as well as insurance bills and other post-accident expenses.
