San Antonio, TX – Pedestrian Killed on Hwy 78
San Antonio, TX (September 9, 2019) – An early morning pedestrian accident left one victim deceased.
According to reports, just after 2 a.m. on September 7, a male pedestrian was attempting to cross Highway 78 near North Seguin Road when he was struck by a vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported the injured man to an area hospital. Authorities confirmed that the victim later succumbed to his injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
