Midlothian, TX – Hwy 287 Collision Results in Fatal Injuries
Midlothian, TX (September 10, 2019) – On September 10, at approximately 3 a.m., emergency crews from the Midlothian Police Department responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle collision on Highway 287 near Padera Lake/Kimble Road.
According to reports, a vehicle was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes when it collided with a second vehicle on the highway head-on.
One driver involved in the crash was ejected and incurred fatal injuries. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The second driver incurred minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
