Harris County, TX (September 13, 2019) – On September 12, just before 11 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident in the 10000 block of Veterans Memorial Drive.

According to reports, a woman was attempting to cross the roadway when she was struck by a dark-colored Chevrolet pickup truck.

The woman sustained fatal injuries in the collision. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and pronounced the female deceased.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
