Car Accidents in Texas
Over 100,000 accidents occur annually throughout the country at intersections. Most of the time these accidents are caused by drivers running red lights, which happens when drivers are in a rush or under the influence. When drivers disregard traffic laws, they expect other vehicles to yield to them even though they do not have the right of way.
It’s unfortunate when innocent drivers and passengers lose their lives in car accidents caused by negligent parties. At The Benton Law Firm, our experienced Texas wrongful death and personal injury lawyers dedicate themselves to helping those who have been wrongfully harmed win their lawsuits.
