Andrews County, TX – 2 Killed in Crash on Kermit Hwy

Andrews County, TX (September 18, 2019) – On September 17, just before 11 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Kermit Highway, also known as, State Highway 115.

According to reports from authorities, a crew cab pickup truck and a dual axle pickup truck towing a gooseneck cargo trailer collided head-on just south of Farm to Market Rd 181.

Two people involved in the collision sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Crews worked diligently to clear away the scene of the incident and reopen the roadway after several hours.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
