Edinburg, TX – Sarah Rodriguez ID’d as FM 1925 Crash Victim
Edinburg, TX (September 18, 2019) – The Edinburg Police Department released the name of the victim killed in a pedestrian accident on East Monte Cristo Road (Farm to Market Road 1925).
According to reports, on September 15, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a female pedestrian was attempting to cross the road in the 1300 block of East Monte Cristo Road when she was struck by a motor vehicle.
The woman sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities later confirmed the identity of the victim as 61-year-old Sarah Rodriguez.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
