Houston, TX – Pedestrian Killed in Accident on US-90 ALT

Houston, TX (September 18, 2019) – On September 18, just before 6 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on North Wayside Dr (US-90 ALT).

According to reports, a pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway in the 400 block of North Wayside Drive near Avenue E when they were struck by a motor vehicle.

The driver fled the scene of the incident without stopping the render aid.

Emergency crews arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
