San Antonio, TX – Benito Blanquiz Killed in Crash on TX-353 Loop

San Antonio, TX (September 18, 2019) – On September 18, police confirmed the identity of a pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run accident on Nogalitos Street (TX 353 Loop).

According to reports, on August 31, 72-year-old Benito “Benny” Blanquiz was attempting to cross Nogalitos Street near Division Street when he was struck by a motor vehicle.

Blanquiz was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the San Antonio Police Department.
