San Antonio, TX – Man Injured in Pedestrian Accident on W Cypress St

San Antonio, TX (September 21, 2019) An overnight pedestrian accident happened on September 21st at the intersection of West Cypress Street and Howard Street.

At 2:00 a.m., a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle at the intersection. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene of the accident and cooperated with the investigation.

The police and other emergency crews rushed to the scene to help the injured victim. The paramedics transported the victim to the closest available hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

The accident is still under investigation. The driver claimed they did not see the pedestrian before striking him.
