Car Accidents in Texas
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, about 28 percent of all car accident fatalities result from people ejecting out of vehicles at the time of the crash. Studies also conclude that the leading cause of all accidents throughout the country is negligent driving. When drivers fail to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic by making U-turns, they put themselves and others on the road in jeopardy of sustaining serious injuries.
When families lose loved ones in car accidents caused by negligent drivers, they have the right to file a wrongful death lawsuit in order to receive compensation to assist them with all damages and losses. Fortunately, at The Benton Law Firm, our experienced Texas wrongful death lawyers have spent years helping families pursue negligent parties and win their lawsuits.
