Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
Motorcycle accidents are most common at intersections because that’s when drivers fail to yield the right of way or make a turn without checking their surroundings. When a large vehicle collides with a motorcycle, the rider often ejects from the bike and sustains major injuries. Injuries can be minor, severe, catastrophic, or fatal, depending on the impact of the crash.
If a motorcycle accident was caused by a negligent driver, motorcyclists have the right to file personal injury lawsuits to receive income to pay for medical treatment, vehicle damages, lost earnings, and other damages.
At The Benton Law Firm, we have dedicated over nearly two decades to helping injured motorcyclists file personal injury lawsuits against inattentive and reckless drivers. Our experienced personal injury lawyers are intelligent and resourceful, which is how they’ve been able to successfully help thousands of clients win their lawsuits. Contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878 if you or a loved one were harmed in a motorcycle accident.
