Bicycle Accidents in Texas
According to a study conducted from 2007-2012, over 12,000 accidents involving bicycles occurred throughout Texas. Most of the time bicycle accidents happen when drivers are distracted. When drivers do not check their mirrors or blind spots, they run the risk of accidentally striking a bicyclist. Because bicycles are far less stable than motor vehicles, riders are easily susceptible to serious injuries that could be life-threatening.
Injured bicyclists have the right to file personal injury lawsuits against the irresponsible drivers who injured them. At The Benton Law Firm, our personal injury lawyers are dedicated to helping injured victims win their lawsuits and be adequately compensated for all damages and losses.
