Dallas, TX – Edgar Samayoa Killed in Crash on Edd Rd

Dallas, TX (September 25, 2019) – On September 24, at approximately 9 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 1700 block of Edd Road.

According to reports, 23-year-old Edgar Samayoa was traveling south along Edd Road on a Kawasaki motorcycle when he was struck by a northbound Toyota Highlander, which was making a left turn across the roadway.

The impact of the collision caused Samayoa to be ejected from his motorcycle. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Dallas Police Department.
