Austin, TX – Christian Livingston Killed in Crash on S Congress Ave

Austin, TX (September 26, 2019) – On September 23, at approximately 8:23 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 9000 block of South Congress Avenue.

Reports from the Austin Police Department indicate that 26-year-old Christian Livingston was attempting to cross South Congress Avenue when he was struck by a 2018 Toyota RAV-4.

The driver of the vehicle, who was identified as 69-year-old Debrah Callison, remained at the scene of the incident. Police determined that Callison was under the influence of alcohol and charged her with DWI.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
