Bellmead, TX – Victim Seriously Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Harrison St
Bellmead, TX (September 26, 2019) – On September 24, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 3500 block of Harrison Street.
According to reports, a pedestrian was traveling across the roadway at approximately 9 p.m., when he was struck by a motor vehicle.
The 23-year-old victim was seriously injured in the collision and rushed to an area hospital.
The driver of the vehicle, who was later identified as Jose Tovar, fled the scene of the incident and was later apprehended by police.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
