San Antonio, TX – Construction Worker Fatally Injured in Crash on N Loop 1604 W

San Antonio, TX (September 26, 2019) – A hit and run accident on North Loop 1604 West left a construction worker fatally injured.

At approximately 4:15 a.m. on September 26, a construction worker was collecting barrels alongside the westbound lanes of North Loop 1604 West when they were struck by a dark gray SUV.

The construction worker sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle fled without stopping to render aid. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
