San Antonio, TX – Construction Worker Killed on Loop 1604 ID’d by Police
San Antonio, TX (September 27, 2019) – At approximately 4:15 a.m., on September 26, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Loop 1604.
According to reports, a construction worker was gathering barrels along the westbound lanes of Loop 1604 when they were struck by a dark gray SUV.
The construction worker, who was later identified as 29-year-old Tracie Sheppard, sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
At this time, police are working to identify the driver responsible for this incident.
