Bicycle Accidents in Texas

Austin, TX – 1 Injured In Bicycle Accident On Springdale RdAccording to studies conducted between 2007 and 2012, a little over 12,000 bicycle accidents happened throughout Texas. Studies also show that about 81 percent of all bicycle accident victims are men. Bicycle accidents are often the result of negligent drivers not checking their rearview mirrors and blind spots. Because bicyclists can fit in between vehicles, it’s easy for drivers to accidentally switch lanes in front of them and knock them onto the roadway.

At The Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about helping injured bicyclists file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers, as long as they were not at fault for the accident. We have spent years defending the rights of injured cyclists and helping them win the compensation they deserve.
