Danbury, TX – Four Injured in Collision on TX-28 Spur

Danbury, TX (September 30, 2019) – At approximately 8:20 p.m. on September 28, emergency crews were notified of a motor vehicle collision on Spur 28.

According to reports, a 16-year-old girl was traveling west in a Chevrolet Malibu when her vehicle collided with a Ford F-350, which was traveling north, at the intersection of Highway 35.

The driver of the Chevrolet, as well as two 16-year-old girls, and one 17-year-old boy, were trapped inside the vehicle. All four occupants had to be extricated from the vehicle before being airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment.

The occupants of the Ford were uninjured in the collision.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
