Round Rock, TX – 2-Year-Old Child Struck & Killed on Harrell Pkwy
Round Rock, TX (October 3, 2019) – At approximately 1:30 p.m. on September 29th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the 2000 block of Harrell Parkway.
According to reports, 2-year-old Allie Estelle was running toward her brothers, who were in a nearby soccer field, when she was struck by a motor vehicle.
Estelle sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the incident and cooperated with law enforcement.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
