Bicycle Accidents in Texas

Fresno, TX - 1 Killed In Bicycle Accident On Trammel-Fresno RdIn 2015, about 45,000 bicycle accidents happened in the United States. Most fatal bicycle accidents happen due to drivers being distracted on the road and being unaware of bicyclists in their vicinity. When drivers don’t check their blind spots or rearview mirrors, they are more likely to accidentally crash into bicyclists. Because bicyclists’ bodies are exposed to external harm, it’s easy for them to sustain severe, catastrophic, and fatal injuries.

Most bicyclists suffer from spinal cord injuries, fractured bones, traumatic brain injuries, internal injuries, and neck injuries. Riders who were harmed in accidents caused by other drivers have the right to file personal injury lawsuits, and families have the right to file wrongful death lawsuits.

At The Benton Law Firm, our main focus is to help as many injured victims as possible file and win their personal injury lawsuits. We have a team of attorneys at our firm that specializes in both personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, which is how we have been able to assist thousands of victims over the past two decades.
