Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Nearly 6,000 pedestrians lost their lives after being hit by vehicles in 2016. Most of the time reckless or distracted driving is the reason for fatal pedestrian accidents. Drivers are supposed to be attentive at all times, but they still partake in negligent behavior, such as texting, speeding, driving under the influence, and more.
Parents who suddenly lose their children in pedestrian accidents may qualify to file wrongful death lawsuits against all negligent parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, our Texas wrongful death attorneys are experienced, knowledgeable, and have successfully helped countless families win their wrongful death lawsuits against reckless drivers. We don’t believe families should have to pay for medical expenses and funeral costs if another driver wrongfully harmed their child.
