Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Everyday pedestrians are hit by vehicles throughout Texas. Thousands of pedestrians continue to lose their lives annually because of negligent drivers. Even though drivers are expected to be aware of their surroundings at all times, they still partake in questionable activity while on the road. For example, drivers still use their cell phones even though it’s been proven to be dangerous. Drivers also continue to speed, break traffic laws, and get behind the wheel inebriated which puts pedestrians at risk of losing their lives.
At The Benton Law Firm, families should have to be responsible for the financial burdens of medical bills, funeral costs, and more, if a negligent driver is responsible for taking the life of their loved one. We have spent nearly 20 years helping families obtain full and fair compensation against negligent drivers for their losses and damages.
